Cheltenham-based Superdry has reached a settlement with an outdoorwear brand.

Following a trademark dispute filed on August 3, 2023, Dryrobe has agreed to stop using the stylised Dryrobe sign or any marks which contain the element 'dry' in Helvetica font on its products, point of sale and digital materials.

In a High Court claim for damages concerning the breach of a previous agreement, Dryrobe has also agreed not to order more stock featuring the sign, as reported by Drapers.

A spokesperson for Superdry said: "Superdry will always take all necessary steps to protect its brand and intellectual property."

Earlier this year, the fashion brand filed a claim against Manchester City Football Club over an alleged trademark infringement over the words "Super 'Dry' Asahi 0.0%" on its men's and women's team training kits.
