Applications for St James's Place 2023 Apprenticeship Programme are now open, with positions primarily available in Cirencester.

The Apprenticeship Programme is an alternative to university and provides an opportunity to complete a funded and supported qualification whilst you work within one of St James's Place divisions, gaining on-the job work experience and training.

Apprentices are employed on a permanent contract, with support provided through a line manager, a dedicated Early Careers team and the wider business.

Apprenticeships are available in various departments across the business. Qualifications will be tailored to your specialism and are delivered as blended learning, self-study and online.

Sam, an apprentice at St James Place said: "My journey so far at SJP has been an extremely educational process both personally and academically. I feel that even in 4 months of being here, I have learned so much about the financial services industry but also a lot about myself. I have enjoyed being a part of such a great company and the huge network within it."

St James Place are looking for hardworking, self-motivated and self-aware individuals, with excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work well with others.

The recruitment team is also seeking a high level of academic attainment in your GCSEs including Level 5 or above in English and Maths and someone on their way to completing A-level/BTEC triple award, or equivalent.
