Renishaw recruits for over 140 UK roles

Gloucestershire-based engineering technologies company, Renishaw, is currently recruiting for over 140 different job roles.

The jobs on offer include roles such as application engineers, marketing communications executives, software engineers and design group leads. The opportunities are available across the UK, with the majority in Gloucestershire and South Wales.

More than 900 new employees joined Renishaw in 2021 and a further 250 have already joined since January 2022.

Successful applicants will become part of a global team of over 5,000 employees, located in 37 countries.

Renishaw has many roles available for engineers specialising in software engineering, ranging from recent graduates to senior roles for people with previous software experience.

It also has vacancies for those specialising in electronics, including mechatronics engineering and electronics design engineering.

Contracts for assembly operator roles have recently changed from fixed term to permanent roles, working as part of a team alongside production technicians and manufacturing engineers.

Renishaw also has a significant number of non-engineering roles available in sales, marketing, administration and human resources.

The company has a longstanding commitment to skills development and early careers programmes, ranging from its education outreach initiatives with schools to its work experience, placements, apprenticeships and graduate schemes.

This year, the company has recruited for a record intake of 96 graduates and 80 apprentices across its Gloucestershire and South Wales sites. Applications for its 2023 apprenticeship and graduate opportunities will open in September 2022.
