Gloucestershire College is holding an apprenticeship open evening next month.

The event takes place at the college's Gloucester campus on Wednesday March 6 from 5pm to 8pm.

It is a chance to:

• Learn about how an apprenticeship works

• Meet employers who recruit apprentices

• Explore the range of apprenticeships at Gloucestershire College

• Find out what kind of careers an apprenticeship leads to

• Discover apprenticeships across all levels, whether you're about to leave school or considering university-level

• Meet current apprentices and see what they have to say

There will also be the chance to meet more than 40 employers in six industry zones:

• Business and professional services

• Computing, cyber and IT

• Catering and hairdressing

• Dental, health, early years and education

• Engineering

• Trade industries (construction and motor vehicle)

There will even be the opportunity to apply for apprenticeship vacancies on the night.
