Get all the furlough facts you need

Not sure about the current situation with furlough? You can get all the facts you need from a HMRC webinar next week.

The live webinar on Thursday 2nd September (11.45am - 12.45pm) will discuss who can claim, who you can claim for, how to calculate your claim, how to claim and bringing back your employees from furlough.

Businesspeople can ask questions using the on-screen text box during the webinar, although HMRC is unable to discuss personal circumstances.

Register for the webinar here.

Employers can currently claim for pay periods in August and September. And it's not too late to make amends to July claims, which can be done until 11.59pm on 31st August.

Small or medium-sized companies with fewer than 250 employees may also be eligible for the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Statutory Sick Pay Rebate Scheme.

HMRC's recorded webinar about the Statutory Sick Pay Rebate Scheme gives further guidance on the scheme, including who you can claim for, how to claim and what you may be entitled to.
