Construction giant, Kier, has launched a degree apprenticeship programme.

The programme takes four to five years to complete and is a great opportunity for to gain a recognised BSc degree from one of Kier's partner universities, alongside valuable work experience with all fees covered by Kier.

There are three degrees available to study:

• BSc Construction and commercial management
• BSc Quantity surveying and commercial management
• BSc Civil enginering

After completion, candidates will work in a variety of roles, including quantity surveying, construction management, business development, planning or civil engineering.

All applicants must be aged 18 or over, with at least four GCSEs at grade C/4 or above, including maths and English. They will also require at least 2 A levels or equivalent Level 3 diploma, preferably in a construction related subject.

Degree apprenticeships are also open to mature applicants, who will be considered on merit, taking into account their work experience as well as qualifications.

Mature candidates should be able to demonstrate that they have the required level of knowledge and skills attained through relevant work experience and professional development.
