Become a healthier, happier family in 2023

Free courses to support families to live healthier lifestyles are starting in Gloucester and the Forest of Dean this month.

The BeeZee Families programmes are 11-week courses for families who want to start building healthy habits.

Subjects covered include healthy eating, fun activities and making healthy habits at home.

Courses begin at:

• Quedgeley Methodist Church on Monday, January 16, 5pm-7pm

• GL1 Leisure Centre, Gloucester on Tuesday, January 15, 4.30-6.30pm

• The Main Place, Coleford on Wednesday, January 18, 4.30-6.30pm

To be eligible for the courses, families must live/ go to school/ be registered with a GP in Gloucester or the Forest of Dean and include one child aged 5-15 who is above their ideal healthy weight.
