£4,000 incentive to teach at Gloucestershire College

Gloucestershire College is growing its team of teachers, lecturers and assessors to support the rapidly expanding STEM sector.

Getting the right staff in place will prepare college students for successful futures.

Industry professionals who take the plunge and move into teaching or assessing at Gloucestershire College, which has campuses in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Cinderford, can receive a £4,000 incentive payment.

The college is currently looking for:

• Plumbing and heating lecturers and assessors

• Electrical assessors and lecturers

• Engineering lecturers and assessors

• Computing and games design lecturers

• Cyber assessors
