Gloucestershire College: Free courses for adults coming soon!

Adults looking for a new career can change the course of their future with a free course from Gloucestershire College.

Adults aged 19 or over who don't have a Level 3 qualification (equivalent to A Levels) can retrain, get qualified and gain in-demand skills for life with free courses in trades, IT, management, finance and care.

For those already working in trades, or with some experience and qualifications who want to competently and safely progress in industry, the college offers:

  • Electrical
  • NVQ Diploma in Trowel Occupations
  • NVQ Diploma in Wood Occupations

For those already working, or wanting to work, in the IT industry, Gloucestershire College offers BCS Certificate in IT User Skills.

For anyone wanting to kick-start or progress a career in accounting and finance, the college offers AAT Advanced Certificate in Bookkeeping.

For adults who want to lead, motivate and manage successfully, the college offers ILM Diploma in Leadership and Management.

For anyone looking to start or progress a career in care and join the county's NHS heroes, the college offers online courses in:

  • Understanding Mental Health
  • End of Life Care
  • Dementia Care

The care courses are all fully online, self-study courses which can be completed in as little as four months.
