Apprentice is WorldSkills winner

A Gloucestershire Engineering Training (GET) apprentice was a winner at the recent WorldSkills National competition.
GET was delighted to congratulate Michael Crilley on achieving a silver medal for industrial electronics at the competition.
A spokesperson for GET said: "We are very impressed with Michael's work ethic and commitment. It has been a pleasure to support you and we are delighted to be working with you on your career development and progression."
WorldSkills National competition is part of a global movement of over 80 countries. WorldSkills supports young people across the world via competitions-based training, assessment and benchmarking, with members' national teams ultimately testing their ability to achieve world-class standards in the biennial 'skills olympics'.
Students and apprentices compete in a wide range of disciplines from plumbing to aircraft maintenance and 3D digital game art.
