#BeInspiredGetHired for 2021

During December, a Gloucestershire-based firm is supporting others in the county to find a new job for the new year.

Sarah Taylor Phillips, founder of Recruitment Voyage, said: "As a Christmas gift I have decided to put my marketing, recruitment and interim management expertise to good use and help individuals who are redundant, on furlough, want more flexibility or uncertain about their work future, get hired."

The new initiative is called #BeInspiredGetHired and it's running on both Facebook and LinkedIn. The purpose of the campaign is to support people to have 50 job search conversations and apply for roles to increase their chance of landing a new job by the end of January.

Sarah continued: "Believe it or not, December is a great month to get hired and it means people's job search will be very advanced by the beginning of 2021."

The initiative is free of charge and is aimed at professionals at middle or senior management level.
