Energy, positivity, inclusiveness and exciting football are all part and parcel of the new manager contract, Forest Green Rovers owner Dale Vince has said on the appointment of Robbie Savage as the new coach for the club.
In an interview with Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen, Mr Vince said opportunities for young players will also be key from the new managerial approach.

Getting more people through the turnstiles would be dependent on a process that began on the pitch, which would follow from Robbie creating more exciting football at the club. He said the signing was "a big old snowball of positivity" which all starts with Robbie's approach to management.
Speaking about how FGR's plans beyond fixtures, Mr VInce said that work to start building Eco Park would be a two-year building process, which could "if we are lucky" begin next summer.
Mr Vince indicated that the business park element of Eco Park, planned as a hothouse for sustainable business, was not yet timetabled, given that detailed planning permission was not yet signed off by Stroud District Council.
He added that the route to building Eco Park, was not being taken via outside investors.
A source at the club has indicated that the likely cost of the project now stands at around £130m.
