Gloucestershire law firm re-launch civil litigation and dispute resolution services.

Leading Gloucestershire law firm WSP Solicitors announce the addition of Liz Watt as an employment and litigation solicitor, working across the firm's offices in both Stroud and Gloucester.

Liz is joining the firm from Bradley Haynes Law.

Liz brings a wealth of experience and expertise to WSP Solicitors. After completing her Law degree at Coventry University and her LPC at the University of Law Birmingham, Liz honed her skills in litigation and dispute resolution.

Her journey in the law began as a legal secretary, moving on to work at Whatley Weston & Fox where Liz completed her training contract, qualifying as a solicitor in 2018.

With a passion for litigation, Liz has garnered extensive experience in dispute resolution for individuals and businesses alike.

Her proficiency spans a wide range of areas, including property and boundary disputes, contested wills and probate, and shareholder disputes. Moreover, Liz has worked closely with businesses in an HR capacity, crafting employee handbooks and robust employment contracts and documentation.

In addition to her work with businesses, Liz has also been an advocate for individuals navigating the complexities of employment law. She has provided invaluable legal advice on various matters, including settlement agreements, employment tribunals, maternity and paternity leave, predictable working hours, flexible working arrangements, and redundancy.
