THG signs partnership deal with Holland & Barrett

Ecommerce group THG saw revenues grew 1.1% to £597.9m across the last quarter.

The group's performance in the UK was particularly strong with revenue growth of around 9%, as reported by Retail Gazette.

And THG has agreed to a major new partnership with health and wellness retailer, Holland & Barrett, with Ingenuity, its online platform which serves third-party brands.

Subject to an employee consultation process, from the second half of the year Holland & Barrett, which has stores in Cheltenham, Gloucester and Stroud, will use THG's automated facilities in the UK.

The three-year deal will see THG Ingenuity become the retailer's main ecommerce partner in the UK, providing fulfilment and courier management services for Holland & Barrett's growing digital business.

Elsewhere, THG's business was boosted by strong sales across its beauty division including Perricone MD and Cult Beauty, which delivered growth of 2.6% to £387m in the quarter.
