Prime site with development potential hits the market

A prime 3.39 acre site with potential for redevelopment in Gloucestershire has come on the market.

Commercial property agents Siddall Jones are selling the site which currently houses a large 57,534 sq ft warehousing facility in Horsefair Lane, Newent.

Ed Siddall-Jones, managing director of Siddall Jones, said: "The warehousing facility, as it stands, is available from April 2024 on a new lease, with the length and terms yet to be agreed.

"However, we believe the site has excellent potential for redevelopment or repurposing, subject to planning permission."

The property consists of a mix of interconnecting warehouse units and offices over two storeys and the site is half a mile north of Newent town centre and just four miles east of Junction 3 on the M50.

The site comprises a broadly rectangular site, with a southern boundary on Horsefair Lane.

Beyond the northern boundary is a strip of land and Ell Brook Aqueduct on the Herefordshire-Gloucestershire Canal.

The price is available upon application.
