Korean restaurant 'coming soon' to Gloucester

A new Korean restaurant looks set to be opening in Gloucester.

The former Hubble Bubble coffee house and eatery at 42-44 Westgate Street has a sign in the window stating that "Korean kitchen Soul 'n' Seoul is coming soon".

The windows have been covered over but workmen have been spotted inside the building, which before Hubble Bubble was previously home to The Gloucester Deli.

Punchline-Gloucester.com says: "Westgate Street has gone through a difficult period but it appears that at long last with the regeneration of the Westgate Cathedral Quarter it is bearing fruit with more hospitality rather than retail units opening in the street."
