Ground-breaking collaboration for a life-saving cause

Gloucester Brewery and Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) have joined forces.

Gloucester Brewery Ltd has announced a ground-breaking collaboration with Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) in the launch of their new non-alcoholic IPA, "Cheeky Chopper".

This exceptional beer not only delights the taste buds but will also help support GWAAC's vital mission of providing critical care and air ambulance services across the region.

Geoff Smith, managing director of Gloucester Brewery, expressed his enthusiasm for the collaboration, stating: "Our commitment to the community goes beyond crafting exceptional beer. 'Cheeky Chopper' is a testament to our dedication to making a real impact. We're proud to donate 10% of every sale to GWAAC, supporting their ongoing efforts in saving lives."

The collaboration aims to raise awareness about GWAAC's indispensable services whilst promoting responsible drinking.

With some of the incidents attended by GWAAC having ties to excess alcohol, this partnership with Gloucester Brewery is more than just a brewing venture, it's a call for sensible choices.

The unique branding of 'Cheeky Chopper', featuring artwork by local artist Andy Council, showcases landmarks within GWAAC's coverage area, creating a visual representation for the collaboration.

Anna Perry, CEO of GWAAC, said: "We rely on community support to fund our critical care team and keep the ambulance in the air. Gloucester Brewery's commitment to our cause is commendable and will significantly contribute to our ability to save lives."

This collaboration resonates with Gloucester Brewery's ongoing efforts to go beyond producing award-winning beers and to actively contribute to the community.

'Cheeky Chopper' will be available in keg and can formats for both trade and retail sales, with the official launch date set for February 14th.

Join Gloucester Brewery and GWAAC in raising awareness, supporting incredible artwork, and contributing to the life-saving mission of Great Western Air Ambulance Charity.
