Theft of digger from building site in Brockworth

Officers are appealing for information after a digger was stolen from a building site in Brockworth earlier this month.

It was reported that a Kobelco model 310 SK30SR excavator had been stolen from Mill Lane at around 5.10pm on Sunday, February 4.

It is believed that unknown offenders had entered the building site, which is opposite Henley Bank School, in a large HGV before stealing the digger.

Investigating officers would like to hear from anyone who lives in the area and witnessed suspicious activity or has dashcam/CCTV footage of the theft.

Anyone who can assist with the investigation is asked to complete the online form quoting incident 70 of February 5.

Alternatively, information can be submitted anonymously by calling the independent crime-fighting charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or online.
