Bristol Airport seeks new supplier

Bristol Airport is looking to appoint a new managed service provider for its IT Support Services across the airport, with a November start date for the successful firm as part of a three-year contract.

The chosen partner will be responsible for providing a mix of reactive and proactive support services that include helpdesk and infrastructure support (remote and onsite), security and network monitoring and response (24/7), phishing services, and cyber assurance services.

Bristol Airport is inviting expressions of interest from potential partners to take part in a two-stage tendering process for the provision of the above airport services.

Interested suppliers will need to express an interest and submit a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) through its e-tendering system In-Tend by Tuesday 13 Feb 2024.

Successful organisations at the Pre-Qualification (PQQ) stage will be invited to tender and a shortlist will be announced on 27 February. The tender deadline is 19 April and the evaluation period runs until 23 May. The contract award will be in August with a start date of November 2024.

Suppliers are invited to express an interest and respond to the PQQ via the dedicated e-tendering site In-tend.

Further information can be obtained from the airport procurement department.
