BPE Solicitors strengthens team with new appointments

Cheltenham-based law firm, BPE Solicitors, has welcomed a number of new colleagues this month.

Amongst these new starters is Laurence Twiselton, joining as a corporate partner from Lyons Davidson Bristol. Known for his industry knowledge and negotiation skills, Laurence has a long and distinguished track record across the corporate field, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, and company and shareholder matters.

Laurence said: "I am thrilled to be joining BPE Solicitors to work amongst experts in the highly regarded Corporate and Commercial Team. I am confident that my network and experience will prove invaluable in consolidating our offerings within the Cheltenham market and wider."

Simon Gale also joins BPE's Corporate and Commercial Team as a partner. With a strong commercial law practice and over 10 years of experience working closely with Laurence, Simon holds particular skill in dealing with high-value and technically intricate commercial agreements within a number of highly regulated sectors.

Simon said: "I am extremely excited to be joining the BPE Corporate and Commercial Team and linking up with team members past and present. Kathryn has done an incredible job of moulding the team into a corporate and commercial powerhouse, and I am eager to get started."

Also joining the growing Corporate and Commercial Team are Joley Croft and Alex Baugh.

Joley, who joins the team as associate, is known for her dedication in achieving results for her clients. With over a decade of experience in an array of corporate and commercial matters, Joley brings a concrete reputation and a positive can-do approach to her clients.

Alex joins BPE from Mishcon de Reya, where he spent two years working towards qualification. He brings with him a broad range of experience in helping both larger and smaller companies and specific practise in assisting newly formed and emerging companies. as well as those in developing sectors. Alex has a particular interest in new and green technology and will be joining the team as a solicitor.
