Geometric Manufacturing Ltd, based in Shannon Way, is a leading provider of enclosures and mechanical components to the Defence and Security industry.

It has announced the acquisition of the business and assets of Precision Engineering Pieces Ltd, a highly regarded precision sheet metal fabrication and finishing company based at Ashchurch.
