'Summer Sounds' is coming to Cirencester Park

A true tribute to Summer, 'Summer Sounds' is coming to Cirencester Park over three evenings this July, featuring the sounds of Abba, Symphonic Ibiza and Queen!

The pop-up summer festival, which launched last year at Kirtlington Park Polo Club, is returning this year with an additional new venue, in the heart of the historic parkland of Cirencester Park, near Cirencester Park Polo Club.

Dates for Cirencester are Friday to Sunday, July 29 to 31. The festival is set to feature Mania - the Abba Tribute (formerly ABBA Mania) on the Friday, Symphonic Ibiza on the Saturday and Majesty on the Sunday.

Summer Sounds boomed with success for its debut in 2021, bringing extraordinary live music back to the masses in a Covid-safe environment after restrictions led to many indoor entertainment venues having to close their doors.

This wonderful boutique outdoor concert was founded by Todd Littlewood, director of TAL Entertainment Ltd (TAL-Ents), with the aim to bring groups of people back with the joy of dance and song.

Summer Sounds combines spectacular entertainment, irresistible food and tasty tipples in stunning countryside locations across the South of England. Blending the best of the UK's pop-up festival scene with the magic of London's West End, Summer Sounds offers an unmissable weekend of extraordinary live music and feel-good family entertainment, all from the comfort of socially-distanced picnic patches.

Todd Littlewood said: "I could not be more excited to be putting on this fabulous live music festival again this year, returning to Kirtlington Park Polo Club and our new venue, Cirencester Park. Our three headline acts are the best in their field and are guaranteed to get everyone rocking!"

This is the first time Cirencester Park has hosted an event of this musical magnitude in the heart of the park. If the success of last year is anything to go on, we expect people to be flocking through the park's gates dressed in flares, rock outfits and summer attire.
