It's not Rock n Roll, but we like it!

A dance with The Honeymoon Swing Dance Band is taking place at Tewkesbury's Watson Hall on Friday, February 25th.

The Watson Hall is a great swing dance venue - wooden sprung floor, plenty of room if you want to keep your distance, a good bar and only two miles from the M5 junction 9.

The band is fast earning a name as something different from Rock n Roll or Big Band, concentrating on tunes and songs for Lindy Hop, Balboa and Collegiate Shag with a few Jive numbers thrown in. Between sets DJ Steve Amor will be busy choosing dance records.

The dance is running from 6pm until 9pm, so you can have your feet up with the cocoa by 10pm.

The event is promoted by the Honeymoon Swing Dance Band. Pay on the door, £8 per person.
