Gloucestershire's first Menopause Fayre

Cotswold Menopause, founded by Andrea Marsh, proudly presents the county's inaugural Menopause Fayre at Brickhampton Court on Thursday, April 18, from 4pm to 8pm.

This free-to-attend ground-breaking event aims to empower women with knowledge about diverse options for symptom relief and lifestyle support during menopause, extending beyond HRT.

Andrea, a Shiatsu and Chinese medicine practitioner, shares her insights alongside a selection of local menopause specialists and toxin-free lifestyle options to show you how to navigate this transformative phase.

Andrea is known for her menopause talks, teaming up with John Lewis to host in-store events and guest speaking at numerous online menopause conferences.

Andrea said: 'I needed to understand my own body first and what was causing these changes from a Chinese medicine point of view; and then sort myself out! I relieved my symptoms so quickly that I then started helping other women.'

Cllr Claire Bloomer, founder of You, Me and the Menopause, said: "It's fantastic to see Andrea shine a light on menopause health. I'm thrilled to be supporting this menopause fayre, raising awareness, and educating others about this natural change that half our population will experience."

Join us on April 18 at Brickhampton Court, Churchdown, for an evening of enlightenment and community support during this crucial stage of women's health.
