Fashion, fizz, fascinators & fundraising for Pied Piper

The Daffodil in Cheltenham is opening its doors for a fantastic fashionable fundraiser for the popular Gloucestershire children's charity Pied Piper.

The Art Deco old cinema in Suffolk Parade is the glitzy venue for the event on Wednesday, September 29. Doors open at 2pm with the fashion show at 2.30pm.

Pied Piper supports sick and disabled children with equipment and nursing bursaries at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital, equipment such as vehicles and play areas at the 12 SEND schools in the County, send children with life-limiting or terminal illnesses on family holidays and supports children with mental health at Acorns, Evergreen House and through the Journey Box scheme at GRH.

All the clothes will be from Bodega Womenswear on Suffolk Road and the ladies will see items from this season as well as the new trends for Autumn into Winter as well as sale items.

The ladies are encouraged to dress up with fascinators and will enjoy a glass of fizz on arrival with afternoon tea whilst the models sashay around the tables.

Julie Kent, vice chairman of the Pied Piper, said: 'It is fantastic to be able to have a live, real event once again and most ladies like to dress up. Sarah Jane is a fantastic supporter of Pied Piper and we hope to get a gaggle of girls there to enjoy the fashion, have some fun and raise lots for the Pied Piper.

Tickets are £25 a head from www.piedpiperappeal.co.uk/daffodilfashion  or shopbodega.co.uk
