Booking now open for Tetbury Music Festival

Booking is now open for Tetbury Music Festival, which welcomes the finest musicians to the beautiful Cotswolds town each year.

The festival, which runs from Thursday, September 30, to Sunday, October 3, will feature a series of stunning concerts, insightful lectures and interviews.

Festival artistic director Jonathan Cohen said: "The last year has been a difficult time for musicians and music lovers so I am overjoyed that live classical music will be heard in Tetbury once again this autumn. I look forward to meeting you once again in Tetbury for some joyful music making."

The 2021 festival includes performances from the renowned Heath and Eusebius Quartets, who join forces for Mendelssohn's much-loved Octet; Pavel Kolesnikov, following his acclaimed festival debut in 2019; and Elizabeth Kenny and her Theatre of the Ayre, presenting a compelling evening of English and Italian baroque music.

Outstanding singers Carolyn Sampson and Tim Mead perform some of Handel's finest duets in a special Gala concert celebrating the golden wedding anniversary of Tetbury supporters Sir Martin and Lady Smith.

Included in the programme is the world premiere of Two as One, a stunning new work from composer Michael Berkeley.
