Annual Spring Fayre returns to help hospice

Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice is hosting its annual Spring Fayre on Saturday, March 23.

The event aims to raise essential funds for the hospice's palliative care work in Gloucestershire.

The day will feature a range of entertainment for children, including a performance by Music Man, a kid's area with a bouncy castle, a nature trail, plenty of food and drink options including a bar, BBQ and the Leckhampton Court Tea Room, as well as market stalls and live music.

Perry Bishop will be once again sponsoring the event, as well as hosting a coconut shy and a "guess the house price" game on the grounds.

Alysia Cameron-Price, community fundraising manager at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, said: "This is set to be one of our best ever Spring Fayres - with lots of great entertainment laid on and fantastic prizes to win, it will certainly be a great day out! We are really looking forward to raising such important funds to allow us to continue our care in the Gloucestershire community."

Gavin Wallace, residential director at Perry Bishop, said: "We are so pleased that the beloved Spring Fayre is back this year. It is such an important event in our local area. Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice does brilliant work, and we are so happy to be sponsoring the day."

Entry to the Spring Fayre is £2.50 per person, and children under 12 are free.

Gates are open 10am to 5pm at Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice, Church Road, Leckhampton, Gloucestershire, GL53 0QJ.
