There's a great chance to learn all about bread-making at a day-long course at the StarBisto at Ullenwood National Star in April.

As members of the 'Real Bread' campaign, the StarBistro team is passionate about the bread it serves to customers.

Here's your chance to spark your own passion for bread-making and work alongside its chefs in the kitchen, learning how to make your own lovely loaves!

The day will begin with a breakfast sandwich before the team will share the science behind successful bread-making. They'll let you into their bread-making secrets, sharing recipes and processes throughout the day.

There will be plenty of tastings and refreshments along the way too, with the opportunity to tuck into a build-your-own pizza for lunch.

This day-long course is perfect for novice bread makers who want to get to grips with learning about kneading types, proofing and shaping and scoring.

The class will include a sourdough masterclass and you'll also get the chance to take home plenty of what you make to impress family and friends.
