The (Soul) Circus is coming to Gloucestershire!

Where: Hollow Farm, Elmore, Gloucestershire GL2 3SG

When: Friday, August 16, to Sunday, August 18

With less than two weeks until Soul Circus, the UK's leading yoga and wellness festival in the Cotswolds, a number of exciting new attractions have been added to the line-up.

New for 2019 are the Lululemon Stage and the Breathpod Tipi which will be joining the line-up of DJs, yogis, food vendors and wellness experts.

The Lululemon Stage offers over 30 HIIT, yoga and personal development classes, while the Breathpod Tipi, hosted in conjunction with Stuart Sandeman and In the Moment Magazine, will showcase some of the best coaches from the breathwork movement.

Both will provide three days of unrivalled experiences for the mind, body and soul. Aimed at both novices and pros, workshops in the Breathpod will provide tangible methods to balance emotions and improve breathing functionality, movement, performance and consciousness.

Also just announced to the line-up is personal trainer and fitness model Alex Crockford, who will be in the Vita Coco tent teaching a number of classes. On a mission to get people fitter, healthier and happier, Alex will be bringing his online platform to life for Soul Circus attendees.

Taking place from August 16-18, Soul Circus offers an opportunity to escape the daily grind and be treated to a few days of rejuvenation.

With a mix of wellness activities, delicious foods and health-boosting masterclasses, festival-goers can seamlessly enjoy the tranquillity of a wellness retreat by day and the hedonism of a traditional music festival at night thanks to headliners Goldie and Norman Jay MBE.

"We're excited that our 4,000 guests will have the chance to enjoy the Lululemon Stage and Breathpod Tipi at this year's festival," commented Soul Circus' founders Ella Guilding and Roman Wroath.

"The Lululemon Stage's itinerary is so exciting and includes some of our favourite classes. We were also keen to incorporate more breathwork into this year's event as it's so important for aligning your health. We breathe on average 20,000 times a day, yet most of us are unaware of how breathing can transform the way we feel."

Opening its doors for the fourth consecutive year, other highlights to 2019's expertly-curated collection of talks, activities and masterclasses include drum and bass legend Goldie who will headline on the Friday.

Accompanying Goldie will be a Live DJ yoga class and transformational meditation sessions led by the talented YOGANGSTER team, Stewart Gilchrist, Michael Eley and Elisa Devlin, while it's the turn of Norman Jay MBE to headline on Saturday night.

With partners and coaches including Keeley Dann, AcroYogaDance, Dan Peppiatt, Ambra Vallo, Marc Laws, Daniela Olds, GoodYogaLife, Katarina Rayburn, Andy Nathan and Kathy Ran providing entertainment in a further five tipis and stages (the Body Positive Tipi, the AcroYoga Tipi, YogaLike Water Tipi, Soul Circus Spa and the Introducing Stage by Say Aloe), festival goers will have the chance to enjoy burlesque, life drawing, acro classes and over 200 hours of spa appointments across the weekend.

An extensive array of fresh culinary delights is also available for foodies and include made-to-order pizza, delicious breakfast options, an on-site bakery and Moroccan-inspired dining experiences that will run nightly alongside live entertainment and on-stage cooking demonstrations.

Prices start at £79 for a Friday OR Sunday day ticket, £99 for a Saturday day ticket and £175 for a weekend ticket. Group tickets and tickets for teens are also available.
