Test your knowledge for three great charities

Winchcombe Rotary Club is holding a quiz night in aid of three charities next month.

The event is being held at Abbeyfields Community Centre in Back Lane, Winchcombe, on Saturday, April 6, from 7pm.

Teams of 4-6 are being invited to attend at £10 per head, including a ploughman's supper.

The quiz will raise funds for Kate's Home Nursing, Allsorts children's charity and Longfield Community Hospice.

Club president and quizmaster Hazel Phillips said: "This is our third year of our increasingly successful quiz - a great, lively night out, raising much needed funds for three local charities.

"There will be 10 rounds of general knowledge questions - some with a twist - with a break for a delicious ploughman's supper delivered to your table - and a pay bar."

The Rotary Club has expressed its thanks to Co-op Food Market for providing food and to Williams and Winchcombe for drinks and prizes.
