Hannah's spellbinging sound to captivate audience

Where: Chapel Arts, Knapp Road, Cheltenham GL50 3QQ

When: Wednesday, March 20, doors 7pm, performance 8pm

Chapel Arts is excited to welcome wonderful vocalist Hannah Davey for a performance this Wednesday evening.

Hannah brings a beautiful approach to jazz, blending her expertise in both jazz and classical performance. The result is a spellbinding sound, which has brought Hannah critical acclaim around the world.

In her life as a classical soprano, Hannah performs song recitals, oratorio and orchestral concerts. In contrast, Hannah has a unique and deeply emotional approach to her interpretations of songs from The Great American Songbook.

She is equally at home with Mozart, Bach and Handel, as she is with Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday and Nina Simone.

Joining Hannah on Wednesday, Chapel Arts are pleased to welcome back dynamic and eloquent pianist Alex Steele and are delighted to present a special guest for the evening, Ray Butcher on trumpet. Ray is a veritable global superstar, in concert halls, theatres and on the big screen.

Be ready for an evening of beautifully crafted solos, delicious melodic invention, ebullient energy and unstoppable happiness!

See the Chapel Arts website for ticket details.
