Get a free wardrobe refresh!

Stroud Valleys Project's popular eco clothes swap has returned.

Bring clean men's, women's or children's clothes to the Stroud Valleys Project eco shop on Threadneedle Street in Stroud between now and Friday, March 8, and you get a free voucher.

You can then use your voucher on the day of the clothes swap to pick up some 'new to you' clothes.

The clothes swap takes place on Saturday, March 9, outside the charity's eco shop in Threadneedle Street between 10am and 2pm, and helps prevent clothes being sent to landfill.

SVP's Kerri Tyler said: "The fashion industry is a major contributor to both climate change and pollution, taking huge amounts of water and petrochemicals to provide all the clothing in demand across the world, and shedding microplastics from artificial fibres into the earth and waterways, affecting aquatic life and human health.

"Our eco clothes swap is a brilliant way to reboot your wardrobe without polluting the planet - and it's free to take part, too!"
