Christmas carols by steam train

Get into the true spirit of Christmas with the Gloucestershire Warwickshire Steam Railway's annual evening open air 'Christmas Carols by Steam Train' service.
It will take place on Saturday, December 8, departing from Toddington at 7pm.
The service this year will be in aid of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution, the charity that saves lives at sea.
The carol service will take place under the Christmas lights on the platform at Winchcombe station following arrival of the special train.
Tickets cost £10 for adults and £5 for children from five to 12 years.They are no longer available from the GWSR's admin office at Toddington but you can still get them from the RNLI - ring Faith Harvey on 01242 261330.
Tickets will include parking at Toddington Station, the return train fare and the carol service.
Please note, there will be no car parking at Winchcombe station and the service can only be reached using the special train from Toddington.
Don't forget - the train departs Toddington promptly at 7pm! And you must buy your tickets in advance - they will not be available on the day.
