When: Saturday, October 5, 7.30pm
This year The Cotswold Male Voice Choir is celebrating its 70th anniversary and on Saturday, October 5, a special concert is being held at St Matthew's Church, Cheltenham.
It's 70 years since a small group of singers got together in a canteen at Smith & Sons in Bishops Cleeve...and as the Cotswold Male Voice Choir, they're still going strong.
For seven decades the choir has been bringing music and song to audiences throughout Gloucestershire and beyond.
The choir aims to entertain its audience with songs from every decade of those 70 years as well as giving everyone a chance to join in the singing with some audience favourites.
As its special guest soloist, the choir welcomes talented Cheltenham soprano Holly Seward. Holly trained in classical music and with the Chichester Chamber Choir has performed at Birmingham Symphony Hall and The Vatican as well as many local venues.
Tickets are just £10 and can be booked online via the choir's website or from any choir member or from St Matthew's Church.
