Belly laughs aplenty at charity comedy night

Where: Walls Club, Hammond Way, Barnwood, Gloucester GL3 3HG

When: Friday, February 28, doors open 7pm

Comedy fans are in for an absolute treat next month when the Gloucester Quays Rotary Club holds its annual Charity Comedy Night.

Some of the UK's finest comedy talent are being lined up for the event at the Walls Club in Gloucester on Friday, February 28.

Lee Summers, joint president of Gloucester Quays Rotary Club, said they were keeping the names of the performers under wraps but there had already been a rush for tickets, with just 250 available in all.

Lee said: "It's been running for the past five or six years. It's always a great night. Everyone enjoys themselves."

Tickets are only £10 in advance or £15 on the door. However, this event sold out extremely quickly last year.

To get tickets, visit the website www.comedygloucester.co.uk or phone 07966 567600. Tickets can be collected from the offices of event sponsors Elmrep in Eastern Avenue, Gloucester GL4 6QS or SK Heating & Cooling Ltd GL1 5TL.
