Artist to give evening talk about his work

An artist who is currently exhibiting at the Museum in the Park in Stroud will be giving a talk about his work early next month.

Join Jon Buck on Thursday, September 2, to hear about the sculptures and drawings on display in 'The March of Mutability' exhibition curated by Gallery Pangolin. Jon will discuss his new work and how it explores the nature of evolution.

Jon Buck is currently exploring themes relating to evolution and has long been fascinated by the natural world. Like so many of us, he is also deeply troubled by the devastating impact our species is having on the planet.

The Art Gallery will open at 6.30pm giving you a chance to look around before the talk at 7pm.

The talk will take place in the Walled Garden Pavilion, with the doors kept wide open for fresh air and good ventilation and inspiring views of the flower borders and park's majestic trees.

Drinks will be served, and ticket holders will be entitled to a 10% discount when purchasing the exhibition catalogue.

Tickets cost £5-£7.50. Advance booking is essential - for more details, go to Artist's Talk with Jon Buck
