The Big Interviews are back, and Punchline editor Mark Owen kicks off the new series with Richard Muller Chairman of Prima Dental.

Prima Dental make dental drills and over the past twenty years they have grown from being one of the smallest in the market to being one of the largest and successful manufacturers in the world. The company turned over £30 million in 2021, it has over 230 staff based in Waterwells Business Park in Gloucester with a further thirty JB's in Brazil, India, China and Hong Kong.

This is an interesting journey with Richard, who explains how they grew the business, how they cracked America - the highs and lows, the things he's learnt and the things he would have done differently.

He's a nice guy who obviously knows his stuff and leads one of Gloucestershire's most respected companies. Mark drills down to the detail and Richard reveals his 'top three business tips'.
