Rachel Geliamassi has had quite a journey to take her place in the Punchline Talks hot seat.

She tells Punchline-Gloucester.com editor Mark Owen about that 14-year route from joining Stagecoach's graduate programme to taking over as managing director of the company's newly merged West and Oxfordshire regions.
