VIDEO Punchline Talks: Friday Briefing, March 26

Some of the biggest stories of the week were on the agenda for the latest Friday Business Briefing panel - as well as fried chicken and Magnum PI box sets.

Each week, Punchline-Gloucester editor Mark Owen is joined by a selection of Gloucestershire's leading business figures to run the rule over the headlines which caught their eyes in the papers and on Punchline - and the stories behind them.

  • Andy Bates - Chief financial officer, Gloucestershire College
  • Martin Hughes - Chief executive, Lillian Faithful Care Homes
  • John Workman - Senior partner, BPE Solicitors
  • Kurt Wyman - Managing director, Kurt Wyman Chartered Surveyors

Among the issues discussed this week are vaccination passports and what they could mean for employers and pubs, the future of GCSEs, the importance of cyber security, the lockdown DIY boom, the right to protest and anonymity on Twitter.

The panel also discusses vinyl sales overtaking CD sales - and reveal their favourite albums - as well as their favourite stories from Punchline this week and discuss the major issues facing their sectors.
