Weird Fish gears up for Black Friday

Sales are up at Cheltenham-based Weird Fish, which is gearing up for Black Friday week with its winter collections.

The collection consists of key autumn/ winter pieces which echo Weird Fish's ethos of producing relaxed, comfortable and easy-to-wear clothing.

The range includes cosy knitwear accessories, dresses and jumpers for women, and functional yet stylish jumpers, jackets and shirts for men.

The fourth quarter of the year is always big for Weird Fish with Christmas shoppers and large volumes of traffic over Black Friday week especially.

The company's winter catalogue, full of seasonal products, hit doorsteps last week. Its loungewear collections are set to be big sellers for Christmas.

John Stockton, managing director at Weird Fish (pictured top) , said: "Each year we create practical options for those who don't wish to compromise on style. All of the new additions for the ever-changing weather have been designed to give that forever weekend feeling.''

The company is forecasting a high volume of sales over the next couple of months, so will be looking to support its operations teams where needed with temporary staff.
