VIDEO: Ministers join MP to talk levelling up Gloucester

Yesterday (August 19th), two MPs visited Gloucester alongside Richard Graham MP to discuss the Conservative's Levelling Up campaign and the brand new University of Gloucestershire campus in the former Debenhams.

MP Amanda Milling, who is co-chair of the Conservative party and a cabinet minister spoke to Punchline's Sophie Ladd about the Levelling Up tour.

The chat took place on the roof of Debenhams, as part of the press day for the beginning of construction of the groundbreaking £107m The Forum, which will add to the regeneration of Gloucester.

Punchline editor, Mark Owen spoke to Universities Minister, Michelle Donelan about the levelling up fund, the new university campus and whether Gloucester will get any of the money from the Levelling Up pot to go towards construction of the new building.

Richard Graham, MP for Gloucester was also in attendance, and gave his view of the new university campus and the Levelling Up money.
