Two killed in Nettleton Bottom collision

Gloucestershire Police have confirmed two people died following a road traffic collision at Nettleton Bottom last night.

Reports of a car on fire were received just after 11.30pm. Officers attended and the road was closed.

Two people died at the scene and one man was taken to Southmead hospital in a serious condition.

Specialist officers carried out an investigation but the road will be reopened this morning.

The investigation will continue today and officers are appealing for anyone who was in the area last night who might have seen something to contact police through the 101 number or via email 101@gloucestershire.police.uk .
