A Skoda Fabia had left the road in Haresfield, Stonehouse.
Two offensive weapons were seized from the scene.
Officers attended and arrested a 16-year-old boy, two 17-year-old boys, and an 18-year-old man all from Tuffley in connection with the incident.
They have all since been released from custody.
We are out there protecting innocent members of the public from individuals who think it’s ok to carry these types of weapons on the streets. This happened in Stroud today after 4 males were involved in a collision with a telegraph pole. Others items, cash and empty deal bags. pic.twitter.com/D1qEX87OXs
