Stagecoach West donates grants to three charities

Stagecoach West has donated community grants to three local charities across the UK since May, including Gloucestershire Bundles.

Each of the three organisations received a grant to support their valuable work in their communities.

The grants are awarded, via the Neighbourly community giving platform, to charities that align with the company's values of supporting communities.

The recipients span a wide range of causes, including tackling food insecurity and aiding vulnerable groups such as seniors, domestic abuse survivors, and families in crisis.

Chris Hanson, managing director of Stagecoach West, said: "We are so proud to support these charities that are making a real, tangible difference to people's lives. Giving back to the communities we serve is at the heart of what we do, and it's inspiring to see the incredible work being done by these organisations.

"We look forward to seeing the positive impact of these grants and continuing to support local causes that align with our mission to create more inclusive and sustainable communities."

Successful Grant recipients (May-July 2025):

Gloucestershire Bundles: Supplying emergency packs of clothing, equipment, and toiletries to pregnant women and families in crisis. The grant will help the charity support 100 more people.

Orchard Counselling: Offering affordable therapy to low-income individuals, military personnel with trauma, and domestic abuse survivors. This grant will help cover core operational costs, enabling the charity to provide vital mental health support.

Oxford Mutual Aid: Supporting approximately 2,500 community members with food parcels, household items, and toiletries. The grant will help provide essential supplies to vulnerable households, including baby supplies for expectant mothers.
