Staff assaulted in bakery raid

Police are investigating a robbery at a Gloucestershire bakery.

It happened at Greggs Bakery on Delta Drive Industrial estate, Tewkesbury on Monday, 13 August at 04.45 hours.

"A white male dressed in dark clothing with his hood up entered the store and stole a quantity of cash after assaulting a member of staff," said a Gloucestershire police spokesman.
