Scariest business idea ever outlines expansion plans

It might sound like we are over-playing this one - but when plans for expansion include room for a séance we beg to disagree.
And that's not mentioning the cages to hold human beings in - although we use that term loosely, as technically they would be called 'undead', or the mysterious sounding 'vortex' and equally intriguing 'wonderland'.
What on earth are we talking about?
This is a submission to sure-up the business plans for one of Gloucestershire's most successful family farm businesses - also venue for music events, Christmas and Easter attractions and the infamous (for all the right reason) Halloween Frightmare.
The veritable celebration of all things scary - from the aforementioned zombies to roaming monsters - has ironically grown to attract more people that it has frightened off.
In what is presented as something of a technicality, as all the events already take place on the farm just north east of Gloucester at Over Bridge, the Keen family wants a change of use granted for all 47 hectares.
Approval would nevertheless mean continual agricultural use. Produce from the farm is currently sold at the popular Over Farm Shop, just off the A40.
"The usage of the site for seasonal events has been occurring for circa 10 years, with the main focus of the events being around Halloween, Christmas and Easter," said a planning statement for the project from Cheltenham-based chartered surveyors and planning consultants, Evans Jones,
"These events have been successful in attracting a significant number of people to the area, with there being direct economic benefits resulting from the increased number of visitors to the area."
There are no permanent structures associated with the different events.
