Laura Marszalek has joined a growing firm of chartered surveyors from Gloucestershire.
The 25-year-old will be handling the sale and acquisition of shops, offices and industrial premises for Cheltenham-based KBW Chartered Surveyors.
"I am excited to make a name for myself in the commercial property market in Gloucestershire and contribute to the ongoing successes of KBW," said Ms Marszalek.
Richard Knightley, a senior director and head of commercial agency at KBW, said: "With five years of experience in commercial property, on top of a first-class degree in marketing, I am very pleased to have Laura on board.
"Laura joins KBW Chartered Surveyors at an exciting time as the business continues to expand its presence in the commercial property market, both locally and nationally."
Born and bred in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ms Marszalek was awarded her degree from the University of East London and is close to completing an MSc in Real Estate at University College of Estate Management.
She gained several years of experience at a Joscelyne Chase in Essex, and her "outstanding agency skills" were recently recognised when she was shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year in the National Negotiator Awards 2017.
