Randall & Payne fills senior roles from within

Accountants Randall & Payne have announced a raft of promotions across the business.
The promotions includes four new client directors - Shaun Pegler and Nikki Cairns taking on the role for accounts, James Geary for corporate tax and Chris Baldwin for audit.
And there has been four more promotions on a managerial level with Ben Burch and Nathan Smith both elevated to the role of audit and assurance managers.
Emma Robinson is taking on the role of private client tax manager with Andy Sweet now accounts manager.
Managing partner Tim Watkins said: "We're delighted to announce these promotions, some of whom started with the firm as trainees, having worked their way up, growing in experience, qualifications and as individuals.
"With the current situation we are pleased to have something positive to share and celebrate.
"The past few months has seen them all step forward and step up to the challenge and build on the work they were already doing."
He continued: "The promotions are part of us changing the way we work and restructuring our teams to improve communication between our service specialisms in order to offer a more holistic service to our clients.
"We have a wide breadth of expertise and the knowledge and the ability to provide informed business advisory support to our clients has never been more important."
Randall & Payne, based at Shurdington Road in Cheltenham, has been trading in Gloucestershire for more than 130 years, employing 50 staff.
