In its first installment Punchline editor Mark Owen interviews to Jason Pullen, managing director of Lifestyle outlets (owner of Gloucester Quays).

The pair discuss recently reported footfall figures for the Gloucester Quays during the last month and the wider impact of the coronavirus pandemic on retail, food and drink sectors.
