Police appeal following road rage incident

A road rage incident in the Cotswolds is being investigated by Gloucestershire police.

They hope witnesses may come forward and someone may have dash cam footage of the alleged attack in Moreton-In-Marsh on Tuesday 17 July.

At approximately 5.30pm a man was driving in a Honda CR-V with his family on Blenheim Way when there was nearly a collision involving another vehicle.

Following this, a man driving a Isuzu Yukon got out of his vehicle and allegedly assaulted the Honda driver who had also got out of his car. Two other people from the Honda intervened and suffered minor injuries before the Isuzu driver got back into his vehicle and left the scene.

The Honda driver suffered with a nose bleed but did not require medical treatment. One woman went to hospital as a precaution to be checked over.

Anyone who witnessed this incident or has relevant dash cam footage is asked to call police on 101 and quote incident 430 of 17 July.
